Mrs. Patricia Kaye Hamby, 79, of Summerville, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. She was born on May 22, 1942, daughter of the late Allen and Grace Owens Mahle. She was a member of the Menlo United Methodist Church and Owner/Operator of Country Crossroads Antiques.

Surviving are Her husband, Jerry Wayne Hamby; sons, Lee (Susan) Hamby and Lyn Hamby; grandchildren, Callan Hamby of Dunwoody, Georgia and Emma Hamby; brother, Roger Mahle of LaFayette; sister Judy Hall of Douglas, Georgia; special nieces, Beth Wilson and Susan Hegwood; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 16th, from the Chapel at Camp Hamby with Rev. Jody Brock and Rev. David Autry officiating, interment in Garrett Cemetery. Active Pallbearers Gary Daniels, Chase Hegwood, Mark Hogg, Colby Large, Eric Mahle, Darren Mitchell, Dwight Morgan, and Kelly Stokes; Honorary Pallbearers Kevin Scoggins, members of Menlo Methodist Church, and special Nieces Susan Hegwood and Beth Wilson. Visitation will be Thursday from 11 AM til 1 PM at the Chapel at Camp Hamby. Flowers are appreciated or contributions may be made to Camp Hamby.
