Mrs. Ruby G. Richardson, age 93, of Summerville, GA, passed away Wednesday July 6, 2011 in Calhoun Health Care Center.

Mrs. Richardson was born in Trion, GA on May 22, 1918, daughter of the late Pearson Andrew and Clara Belle Brown Greene. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Eugene Buel Richardson, Sr. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Richardson is survived by her son, Eugene Buel Richardson, Jr., brothers Robert Greene, Fred Greene and Daniel Greene, grandchildren, Robin Wooten, Van Richardson, Steve Stafford, great-grandchildren, Briana Upton, Natalie Stafford, Nicole Stafford.

Funeral services for Mrs. Richardson will be held Friday, July 8, 2011 at 3:30 P.M. in the Chapel of the Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Bubba Cardin and Rev. Phillip Minter officiating. Interment will follow in Greenhills Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Van Richardson, Dennis Greene, Danny Greene, Darrell Greene, Danny Hughes, and Wendell Morris. Honorary pallbearers will be the Sunday School Class of Trion Church of God of Prophecy.

Mrs. Richardson will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 until 8 P.M.
