MS. SARA ALEXANDER PHILLIPS, age 75, of Mahan Road-Summerville, Georgia passed away Saturday at her residence. A native of Chattooga County, Georgia She was born to the late Thomas Earl and Belle Talbert Alexander on April 17, 1935. Ms. Phillips was a member of North Summerville Baptist Church and a Master Cosmetologist. For many years She coached girls softball, little league baseball, and basketball. She was preceded in death by grandson the late James Stanley Perkins.

Surviving are daughters-Beth Bryant and Philana Robinson both of Summerville; sons and daughter-in-law-Bart & April Bryant of Cloudland and Kane Phillips of Rome; brother-Ernest Alexander of Lyerly; grandchildren-Heath Drennan, Kassie Smith, Jade Robinson, and Mallory Phillips; great grandchildren-Destinee Drennan and Jackson Drennan; special friends-Barry Williams, Maradith Budd, and Allen Neal; several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Earle Rainwater Funeral Home.
