Mr. Phillip Stephen Moseley age 64 of Lyerly, GA passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at a Rome Hospital.

Mr. Moseley was born October 17, 1959 in Summerville, GA to the late Aaron Hugh and Hazel Moseley. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and enjoyed raising cows and farming, and he was an avid Auburn sports fan.

Survivors include his children, Chris (Greta) Moseley, Jennifer Furman, and Amber (Josh) Whitaker; brothers, Kenneth (Gloria) and Douglas (Joy) Moseley; and grandchildren, Claira Moseley, Jasper Moseley, Anna Furman, Tagan Chatman, and Odin Whitaker.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Moseley will take place at 12:00 noon, Saturday, January 27, 2024 at the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Pastor David Humphreys and Chaplain Greg Cater officiating.

Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery with Brian Moseley, Tracy Pate, Brody Mobbs, Jacob Turner, Brent Mobbs, and Mark Bowman serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at the funeral home.

Flowers are being accepted or memorial donations be made to the Oak Hill Cemetery fund in honor of Mr. Moseley.
