A 49-year-old woman was arrested by Summerville Police after allegedly returning to a residence where she had previously been warned not to enter.
According to a Summerville Police Department incident report, Sandy Waynette Wilson, 49, was arrested Thursday, October 8, 2026, after police responded to a complaint at 158 Smith Street in Summerville.
The incident began around 3 a.m. when a neighbor, Terry Patarozzi, noticed Wilson at the residence of Robbie Carroll, who lives next door to him.
Patarozzi told police he knew Wilson was not supposed to be at Carroll’s home because she had recently been issued a criminal trespass warning. Concerned that something might be wrong, Patarozzi attempted to call Carroll several times but received no answer. He then contacted 911.
When officers arrived, they spoke with Carroll, who confirmed that he had previously contacted police about Wilson being at his residence.
Carroll told officers that Wilson had been issued a criminal trespass warning and was not permitted to return to the property.
Police verified through Chattooga County 911 that the Summerville Police Department had issued Wilson a trespass warning for the Smith Street residence on October 4, just four days before the latest incident.
Carroll told police he wanted to pursue criminal trespass charges against Wilson.
Based on the investigation and confirmation of the previous warning, Wilson was taken into custody at approximately 3:30 a.m.
She was transported to the Chattooga County Jail without incident and charged with one count of criminal trespass.
