AAA is bringing back a popular contest for 8th graders, where the winners are taken on a week-long educational river cruise in Europe. Chattooga County Commissioner Blake Elsberry will be holding a millage rate meeting this evening at the Chattooga County Civic Center in Summerville. The commissioner says that he will be setting the millage rate at 16.0706 mills and that is the lowest millage rate the county government has set in five years.
