A native Chattooga Countian, She was born to the late James Stone Teague and the late Jessie Estel Ray Teague on June 11, 1933. She was retired sales person from Richie’s Department Store. Mrs. Dooley was preceded in death by her husbands, the late Milton Smith and the late Rev. Sidney Dooley. She was a member of New Antioch Baptist Church.
