A small earthquake was recorded in Northwest Georgia on Wednesday morning. According to the US Geological Survey, the 2.1 earthquake was recorded on Lookout Mountain about 6 miles northeast of Mentone, Alabama on near Georgia Highway 157 in the Cloudland Community.
