Horizon Baptist Fellowship, 1216 Highway 114, Summerville, will present the children’s Christmas musical “The Great Gift Exchange” at the 11:00 service this Sunday, December 16. Also, the adult choir’s “Celebration of Christmas” will be performed that afternoon at 4:00, followed by a time of fellowship and light refreshments. The public is invited to attend both services in celebration of our Savior’s birth.
Menlo’s municipal government held a brief monthly meeting in city hall last night, tackling one internal items of business, two perennial items, and one roads matter.

The frozen, ready-to-eat sausage links items were produced and packaged on Aug. 4, 2018 and were shipped to an establishment in Tennessee where the product was further distributed to retail store.
At last night’s monthly City Hall meeting in Summerville, the Summerville City Council recognized the Recreation Deptartment’s 7-Under Indians and Cheer Team. They were this year’s North Georgia Youth Football League “Super Bowl Champions”, and were congratulated by the council and the meeting’s attendees.
The regular monthly meeting of the Mayor and Council of the City of Menlo will be held this evening, Dec. 11 at 7 PM.
The meeting will be held at Menlo City Hall.
