The Congregation at West Berryton Faith Temple Holiness Church invites everyone to attend Pastor Appreciation services for Pastor John Mann on Sunday, October 15th. Service will begin at 10 AM. Welcome Hill Baptist Church will be having a Trunk or Treat on Friday October 27th from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Welcome Hill Baptist Church Community Outreach Park located in the Welcome Hill community of Trion. They will be serving hotdogs and all the fixings and drinks also. Come and bring your candy if you would like to set up and hand out candy or just bring your children and trick or treat. Don’t forget about their Sunday morning worship service beginning at 11:00am at the church in Welcome Hill. Everyone is welcome to come join us in worship and fellowship.
Subligna Baptist Church will have their Fall Fellowship on Sunday October 29th from 5pm until 8pm. There will be food, yard games, a playground and a hayride. The church requests no costumes be worn. The church is located at 35 Subligna Baptist Church Road. Everyone is invited to attend.
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Fields of Faith will be held on Wednesday November 1st at 6:30 pm at the Chattooga High School football stadium. The guest speaker for this year’s event is Michael Cook who serves as Discipleship Pastor at Dry Valley Baptist Church. Music will be led by CHS teacher Kelsey Ray.
The FCA Fields of Faith is a student-led event by both Chattooga High School and Trion High School FCA chapters. All churches and youth groups across the county are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
Last call for vendors for Pentecostal Power Ministries Car Show and Fall Festival on October 14th 11:00-4:00 at Lyerly Park in Lyerly Ga. 15×15 spot is $25.
There will be a Car Show, Corn Hole Tournament, Fall Festival activities, and many foods and treats to choose from. Also the group ‘Saved by Grace’ will be singing. All proceeds goes to support the church’s building fund.

Trion United Methodist Church will have their Brunswick Stew available Saturday October 7th. It is $9 per quart. It is on a first come first served basis. Reminder calls do not guarantee stew will be available. You may pick up your stew around 9:30 a.m. thru 1:00 p.m.
Also, the United Methodist Men will have a Bake Sale with a selection of cookies, brownies, fried pies, cakes and other goodies.
