Horizon Baptist Fellowship invites everyone to join us for a Tenebrae service on Thursday, April 17, at 7:00 PM. This Holy Week candlelight service will feature the adult choir’s musical presentation of We Remember Calvary, and Communion will be offered as part of the service. “Tenebrae” is Latin for “darkness” and refers to a worship service recreating the emotional and spiritual aspects of Christ’s last days. The gradual extinguishing of candles is a key visual representation of the darkening of the world as Christ approaches his death.
