The Chattooga Young Farmers will have their May meeting on May 22nd and it will feature Bill Bryan as speaker. Mr. Bryan will be talking about maximizing cattle profit. The Trion Middle School and Trion High School Band will be hosting their spring concert this weekend at Trion High School. Also, the Trion Guitar Club will be performing as the opening act for the concert. The concert will be held on Sunday, April 30th at 2:30 PM at the Trion High School Gym and the public is invited to attend.
The Second Baptist Church of Summerville will be hosting their annual Mother & Son Dance on Saturday May 27th from 6-9 pm at the Chattooga County Civic Center located on 44 GA Highway 48. The Pregnancy Resource Center is hosting an Open House for the community on Thursday afternoon April 20th from 3:00 – 6:00 pm. The public is invited to attend the event at the Center’s new location at 11564 Highway 27, behind Little Caesar’s Pizza next to the Boys & Girls Club.
There’s Hope for The Hungry will be at South Summerville Baptist on Wednesday April 19th. The hours are from 10 AM until 1 PM. There is no ID required.
