Free Classes For Those Concerned About Falling

The Chattooga County Library Summerville Branch will be offering free classes for older adults who have concerns about falling and as a result, restrict their activities.  “A Matter Of Balance” is an award-winning, eight-week program that emphasizes practical strategies designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.  The class will start January 7th and will be held from 8:30-10:30 AM at the Summerville Branch of the Chattooga County Library.  Sign up is required.  You can contact 706-857-2553 for more information.  Also you can find more information below:
