Country artist Michael Lee re-releases an emotional and powerful song, Ain’t That Just Like Jesus, dedicated to the horrific tragedy that took place at the Covenant School in Nashville on March 27, 2023. This tune follows the success of his previous radio releases Keep On Livin’ and Change Is Overrated.
The late Charley Pride will be immortalized with a bronze statue at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. The Country Music pioneer will join the likes of Loretta Lynn, Bill Monroe, and Little Jimmy Dickens as part of the Ryman’s Icon Walk on March 29th. Rozene Pride, Charley’s wife of over 60 years will be in attendance as will his son Dion. The event is open to the public with the event taking place at 2:30 p.m. at the Ryman Auditorium located at 116 5th Avenue North in Nashville.

Jeff Cook, a founding member of the Fort Payne-based group ALABAMA, passed away on Monday, November 7. He was 73. According to the band’s publicity firm, Cook died at his beach home in Destin, Fla. “with his family and close friends by his side.”
