According to a report released on Monday of this week, last Thursday, shortly after midnight, police responded to a call on Senior Drive in Summerville.  There officers spoke with a sixty-five-year-old man who said he had gotten into a verbal altercation with his twenty-two-year-old nephew who had struck him in the eye.  While speaking with the victim, officers learned that the suspect had attacked a ninety-year-old woman, the victim’s mother and the suspect’s grandmother, earlier.  Officers spoke with the grandmother who said that she had told the suspect to do something about his dog’s mess and the suspect got irate and pushed the elderly woman to the ground, according to the report.  Warrants were taken out for Malachi Mack for the assault on his uncle and grandmother, charging him with exploitation or intimidation of the elderly.
