Dorothy “Jean” Eugenia Love Berry, 79, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away Friday May 3, 2013 at her residence. A native of Lyerly, Georgia, she has lived in the Ringgold area for the past 62 years. Dorothy was a former employee of Wal-mart where she worked for 10 years and previously retired from Dupont and was a member of Berryton Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack T. Berry; parents, Marvin and Jewell Love; daughter, Janice Karen Berry and son-in-law, Allen Jones. She is survived by her four daughters, Jackie (Bobby) Mathis of Ringgold, GA., Janet Berry Jones of Rossville, GA., Donna (Terry) Edwards of Adairsville, GA., and Kathy (Randy) Dodson of Flovilla, GA., seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday May 5, 2013 in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Ben Brychta officiating. Interment will follow at Lyerly Cemetery. Mrs. Rhody Beatrice “Nancy” Kennemer, age 84, of Summerville, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Oak View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Kennemer was born in Trion, Georgia on February 26, 1929, daughter of the late Arthur Harris and Lucinda Powell Harris. She was of the Baptist Faith, and prior to retirement, was employed as a housekeeper with the Oak View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Kennemer was preceded in death by her parents and all of her brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Kennemer is survived by a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends, Annette Marks, Celestine Jones, Curt Wooten, Kenneth Wooten and Pat Wooten.
Graveside and Interment services for Mrs. Kennemer will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in the Pennville Cemetery with Minister Jesse Bankston and Brother John Lewis officiating.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers and the staff of Oak View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center will be honorary pallbearers.
Mrs. Kennemer will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until the service hour.
Mr. Rickey Lamar “Rick” Camp, age 60 of Rydal, GA passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013 at his residence. Rick was born June 10, 1952 in Trion, GA. Rick was a graduate of Trion High School Class of 1971 and West Georgia College, and was employed with the Atlanta Braves as a pitcher. He was Baptist by faith.
Rick was preceded in death by his father and mother, Furman “Fat” Camp and Robbie Greenwood Camp.
Rick is survived by his son, Richard Ross Camp of Trion, GA; and brother Mike (Donna) Camp of Trion, GA; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
There will be a celebration service Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Woods officiating.
Visitation for Mr. Rick Camp will be Thursday, May 2, 2013 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Mr. Eugene “Bean” Montgomery, age 76, of Summerville, GA died Monday, April 29, 2013 at his residence.
Mr. Montgomery was born December 31, 1936 in Athens, AL, the son of the late Doris Montgomery and Alice Montgomery. He was retired from the United State Army, having served in both the Korean and Vietnam eras. He was a Sargeant 1st Class. After retirement from the Army, he worked in Saudi Arabia where he trained Saudi National Guards on arm maintenance repair. He was a member of the VFW. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, David Montgomery and Alvin Montgomery; sister, Edith Wade; and longtime companion, Buahykam “Welcome” Aiya.
Survivors incude a son, Grant Montgomery; former wife, Rosemarie White; sister, Dorothy Murphy; caregiver, Myra Norton; a number of Nieces and Nephews, and their families.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p. m. Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Mason Funeral Home Chapel with the military chaplain officiating. Burial will follow in Greenhills Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Larry Norton, Danny Murphy, Randy Murphy, Derrell Parker, Dan Floyd, and Casey Hunter. Honorary pallbearers will be all personal friends and family.
Mr. Montgomery will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p. m. Thursday. MR. JERRY R. FRADY, age 73, of Fish Hatchery Road, Summerville, Georgia
passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2013. A native of Lyerly, Georgia He was
born to the late Herman Walker and Emily Everet Frady on May 12, 1939.
Mr. Frady was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a member of American Legion
Post #129 and retired from G. T. E. in 1995.
Surviving are wife-Jamie Hughes Frady; daughters-Tammy Smith and Chasidy
Frady both of Summerville, and Lori Mobbs of Cedar Bluff, AL.; brother and
spouse-Charles and Kathryn Frady of Summerville.

Mrs. Lillian Melvine Stoker Gilbreath, 91, of Lafayette, Georgia passed away
Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at her residence. She was born August 19, 1921
to the late Wyley and Mary Stoker in Teloga, Georgia. She was of the Baptist
faith, a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area, retired from E.T. Barwick
and she enjoyed gardening and quilting.
She was also preceded in death by her Husband, William Cooper Gilbreath,
Brothers, Oscar, Ray, James and Jack Stoker, Sisters, Bessie Durham and
Anna Stoker.
Survivors include her Children, Douglas (Carolyn) Gilbreath and Carolyn
(Clint) Durham, both of Lafayette, Sister, Myrtle (Lilton) Johnson of Mentone,
4 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5-9 PM Friday at the funeral home. The
