MR. JAMES RUSSELL (JIM) OXFORD, JR., age 55, of Summerville, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly Monday, August 25, 2025. Born in Rome, Georgia on June 23, 1970, He w3as a son of the late James Russell Oxford, Sr. and Edna Elizabeth (Betsy) King Dellenbeck, who survives. Jim was a graduate of the University of Georgia and an Attorney in Rome.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 4:00 P.M., August 26th, from Graveside in Summerville Cemetery with Rev. Melvin Moseley officiating.
