The project, identified as RFB-2026-137 – Rec Restroom Renovation, calls for renovations to the existing boys’ and girls’ restroom and changing room facilities at the Recreation Department, located at 220 Highway 100 in Summerville.

The city began seeking bids for the project in August. Since then, two addendums have been issued as contractors sought additional information about the work. The first was revised August 26, and the second was issued September 3 with answers to additional questions concerning the project.
