Georgia Lottery players enjoyed a lucky month in June, claiming millions of dollars in prizes across the state, including two $1 million scratch-off tickets and nearly $1.9 million in Fantasy 5 jackpots.
Two Georgia Lottery players are celebrating major wins after separate tickets produced prizes of more than $1 million.
A Fantasy 5 player won a $1,725,995 jackpot in the April 22 drawing, marking the sixth-largest jackpot in the game’s history. The winning ticket was purchased at Supermarket on Buford Highway in Duluth and matched all five numbers: 11, 18, 34, 39, and 40.
Another player won the $1 million top prize playing the Millionaire Maker scratch-off game. That ticket was purchased at Chevron Food Mart on Baker Road in Acworth. The winner claimed the prize on April 22 and chose the annuity option.

Two Georgia brothers have been sentenced to lengthy prison terms after investigators say they carried out a years-long fraud scheme targeting Georgia Lottery–regulated gaming machines across the state. According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Quinton Watts, 27, and Phillip Watts, 31, both of Sparta, defrauded the Georgia Lottery by stealing money from Coin Operated Amusement Machines (COAMs) in at least 12 Georgia counties over a three-year period.
