SUMMERVILLE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE THE FORMATION OF OUR TRAIL LIFE TROOP GA-1848. TRAIL LIFE IS A PREMIER CHRIST CENTERED CHARACTER, LEADERSHIP, AND ADVENTURE ORGANIZATION FOR BOYS (K-12).

WE WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOU TO JOIN OUR TROOP MEETINGS ON THE SECOND AND FOURTH THURSDAY OF EACH WEEK FROM 6:30 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M. Levi Michael Brown, Obit (C)

Mr. Levi Michael Brown, age 30 of Trion, Georgia passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Levi was born in East Ridge, Tennessee on September 17, 1994, son of Justin Michael Brown and Jillian Amanda Newton Bartlett. Levi was a kind hearted individual with a musical soul. He was a lifelong drummer, and played in the Trion High School Band, and went on to be drummer for several bands, most recently, Velvet Christ and the Nosecone Prophets. Levi navigated through life collecting friends wherever he went. He was happiest in the company of his good friends and his family. Levi’s motivation every day was getting to spend time with his two boys Orin and Holden. He cherished his family above all else. To those who knew Levi; you had a genuine friend. He was a bright star that was taken from us in the blink of an eye. Levi will forever be loved, cherished and missed. Levi was preceded in death by a grandmother; Nancy Newton and a grandfather; Aubrey “Gomer” Newton.

Levi is survived by his sons, Orin Michael Brown and Holden Jack Brown; mother and step-father, Jillian and Shannon Bartlett; father and stepmother, Justin and Fonda Brown; brothers, Dillon Brown and Phoenix Bartlett; sister, Melina Bartlett; grandparents, Gary “Bucky” and Kathy Brown and Rose and Marvin Brown; and a number of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Funeral Services for Levi will be held Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 12:00 Noon in the Coffman funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Johnson Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Connor Chastain, Bradley Crow, Weston Craig, Preston Barfield, Brandon Reynolds, Justin Goodridge and AJ Eirick.

The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour.
