Gas Prices Increase In Georgia

Georgia gas prices increased at the pump compared to a week ago. Georgia motorists are now paying an average price of $1.92 per gallon for regular unleaded gasoline. Monday’s state average is 2 cents more than a week ago, 22 cents more than last month, and 52 cents less than this time last year.

Trion Skating Rink “Revolutions” Reopening

The skating rink in Trion, Revolutions, is reopening.  Owner Joanna Thoreson told WZQZ News that the facility is going to reopen with a more “family” oriented atmosphere. Ms. Thoreson said that Revolutions will be available for families to enjoy a night of skating on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 PM until 9:30 PM. Also, there will be a Friday night skate for all skaters from 7 PM until 10 PM.  The Treasure Island mini-golf course will be open for families to enjoy as well.  You can read more about Revolutions reopening in a statement from Ms. Thoreson below:
