A sharp turn back to winter weather is bringing more than just chilly air — it’s also raising the risk of wildfires across Chattooga County and the rest of Northwest Georgia. Forecasters say dry air, breezy northwest winds, and dry fuels will combine Tuesday afternoon through early evening, prompting a Red Flag Warning.
