The screening checks for early warning signs of heart attack and stroke before symptoms ever appear. That is what makes it so important. The Floyd Healthcare Foundation, an affiliate of Atrium Health Floyd, has been awarded $20,000 from the Georgia Breast Cancer License Plate Fund, a program supported through the State Office of Rural Health.
