Lyerly Elementary School is inviting golfers and community supporters to take part in an upcoming golf tournament fundraiser benefiting the school’s eighth-grade trip.
The Study Cade Golf Tournament Fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, at Little Mole Run Golf Course in Mentone, Alabama.
The tournament will begin at 9 a.m. Eastern Time, 8 a.m. Central Time.
Organizers say registration is now open, and individuals and businesses interested in supporting the fundraiser can participate by registering a team or individual golfer or by sponsoring a hole.
Those interested in registering or becoming a sponsor are asked to contact Zach White at zwhite@chattooga.k12.ga.us.
Payments can be made at Lyerly School or mailed to 150 Oak Hill Road, Lyerly, GA 30730.
The fundraiser is being organized to help support the school’s upcoming eighth-grade trip.
Little Mole Run Golf Course is located at 741 County Road 647 in Mentone, Alabama.
Organizers are encouraging area golfers, businesses and community members to come out and support Lyerly Elementary students while enjoying a morning on the golf course.
