After the recent stretch of chilly mornings and frosty conditions, temperatures are now turning sharply warmer, bringing a much more springlike pattern to the region.
Record to near-record warmth is taking center stage across Chattooga County and Northwest Georgia this Christmas, with temperatures feeling more like late spring through the weekend before a cold front delivers a noticeable cooldown early next week.
