Two people were arrested in Summerville after police say officers responded repeatedly to a residence on Scoggins Street following multiple 911 calls reporting an escalating disturbance involving alcohol and loud arguing.
Summerville Police are investigating a reported break-in at a home on Scoggins Street after officers were called to the scene early Monday morning.
