Chattooga High Athletics Schedule Light During Spring Break

With Spring Break underway, Chattooga High School athletic activities will be limited over the coming week, according to school officials, though a few baseball games are still on the schedule.

The Chattooga Indians varsity baseball team will face Christian Heritage in a three-game stretch during the break. The series begins Tuesday, April 7, at home with a 5:30 p.m. first pitch. The teams will meet again Thursday, April 9, on the road at 5:30 p.m., before returning to Chattooga on Friday, April 10, for another home game at 5:30 p.m.

Assistant Principal and Athletic Director Mark Turner said the lighter schedule gives students, athletes, and staff time to rest and recharge ahead of the final weeks of the school year. He also noted that graduation is now just seven weeks away, marking an important milestone as the academic year begins to wind down.

Students and staff will return to campus on April 14 following Spring Break, as preparations continue for the end of the school year.
