The City of Summerville has announced a Special Called Meeting scheduled for today, November 20th, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

A Chattooga County man was arrested following a domestic disturbance on November 11 in which deputies say he sprayed bug spray on his grandmother and later fled from law enforcement.

A 34-year-old Lafayette woman, identified as Tiffany Hope Carrington, was arrested on November 13th following a shoplifting incident and traffic stop that led to the discovery of drugs and additional charges.

Trion Mayor Lanny Thomas has announced that the Town of Trion will hold its regular Workshop and Council Meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
