Summerville Main Street is inviting families to climb aboard The Summerville Santa Special this December for a festive 75-minute train ride departing from the Historic Summerville Depot. The holiday excursions run December 6th and 7th, and again December 13th and 14th, with four departures each Saturday and three each Sunday.
Santa will be making a special visit to Leroy Massey Elementary School on Sunday, November 30th. The event runs from 3 until 6 p.m., and families are asked to park in the back parking lot. Admission is five dollars per child, or ten dollars total for families with multiple children. Kids can enjoy holiday hot chocolate, festive cookies, and a make-and-take ornament craft.
