A 61-year-old Chattooga County man was arrested after an incident involving a firearm during a dispute at a residence on McConnell Road. Deputies were called late on November 18th after a woman reported that her landlord, Milton Byron Nuckolls, was in her yard yelling for her to leave the property. She told authorities that he was waving a firearm and threatened to point it at her if she didn’t leave.
